I’ve had Charleston Red Rice at 4 different places…The Wreck, Jestine’s, Bertha’s and Hominy Grill. The only version that I really enjoyed was at The Hominy Grill. We didn’t go to the Wreck on our recent trip because they were only open on Sunday nights and honestly the the reviews on line have taken a big dive. I never really cared for Jestine’s  so we didn’t go there. I loved Bertha’s and we ended up going to Hominy Grill, not once, not twice but three times. I really miss Gullah Cusine which only does catering now. They had a fantastic Gullah Rice, something I didn’t get to try again on my recent trip.
