STUFFED PEPPERS!!!! Mix up some ground beef-cooked rice,fine chopped onions, garlic,your favorite herbs and spices,(i like to add a little nutmeg),and an egg or two and stuff it into some nice big bell peppers—place in a oven proof baking dish and cover with a nice tomatoe sauce and bake it!!! Lip smacking good!!!![:p]
