I used to have a hamburger po boy recipe but decided to ditch it cuz I wasn’t happy with it. In mine, my patties were egg washed then dredged in bread crumbs before cooking, your’s don’t like like they’ve been covered with anything. Is that the case? I dropped my recipe because, for the finished product, the eggwash and dredging was a pain.
