Unless you’re sure you’ll get a lot of kids, buy mini-bars of what you like. We used to get more traffic at our apartment in the city than we do now in the suburbs. Seems folks in the suburbs tend to drive the little ones to "safe" cul-de-sac or small plat neighborhoods, so our feeder street is pretty well ignored.
