Their founder and patriarch, Danny Wegman just passed away a bunch of months ago.
He did live a nice long healthy life, till about 90….

Their chicken francaise (from their cold deli section) is like $15.00 a pound….
IMO, it’s not that great anyway. One can get much better at nearby Italian restaurants, for usually less $$…… and pounded thin, the way it should be
