Beth, maybe a thread in the off topic section about how to treat new posters might be fun. A new poster who makes their first post by starting a topic is almost always treated with suspicion. And most times well founded suspicion.

That said, I hear that Matt’s Rancho Martinez in Dallas has great Mex-Tex food. Anyone eaten there? Matt Jr. was cooking a Texas style posole on a local Dallas news show this AM, looked great! I posted this on a posole thread also, hope thats OK.
