Yeah, it sure is a shame that the chef you worked under took his job seriously. lol I would imagine if he didn’t do that, the owner would probally replace him with someone who did. Not saying that he wasn’t a jag-off all the time too, but to bust on him for taking his job serious, just doesn’t sound right to me. He also probally sees himself as a teacher. You were unteachable though because like you say, you were making someone else money and you resented it, because you knew that you could be doing the same if not better. Yeah, give him a hug and thank you’re blessings they don’t know what you really think about them or you wouldn’t have all those nice accrutriments they are letting you have now. And you never know, you might even learn a thing or two from him. Well, good luck this year, wish you luck!
