This year I actually will not probably start-up again until late March. I took a cooks job at the place I used to wait tables at for the winter. The weather has made it a smart decision probably this year but man does it suck to work for THE MAN. I thought I was the man!! I work one week to make what I sometimes make in a day during the spring summer and fall. I have to listen to a "chef" who really takes his work seriously and expects everyone to as well, lol. Plus, the work is hard and you get looked at as some kind of loser when you are a 40 year old cook. It doesnt even help when I tell the young waitresses you run a hot dog cart and a concession stand, lol. I am glad I am already married to a loving wife.
