Well thank you Fieldie, but my skin is a little thicker than it may seem(due to the hot dog biz probably)and I know how much money I make when in full swing, and it ISN’T waiting tables so someone else can make all the profits, so I do know the whole truth. I do use this restaurant as my commisary and plan on using their commercial smoker this year, along with ordering a few big items through Sysco through them. They also let me use freezer space when I need it, along with free ice if I want to get it. Gee, when I look at all that, maybe it isnt such a bad deal, huh? I am gonna give the chef a huge hug when I see him!
