There was a place in Delray, FL, called the Rod & Gun Restaurant. Its been a long time since I was there, and dont even know if it is still open, but they had most types of "game" and oddball "specialty meats" on the menu. I remember ostrich, pheasant, buffalo, and this was about 18 years ago.
I couldnt find a web page for it though.
We would just get steak there. I am not the adventerous kind. I did have ostrich once, and I didnt care for it, being a white meat kinda girl.
