Very BS excuses. Knew someone who works there and says they have a corporate wide policy of having items on the hot plate no more that 3 (could have been less) minutes before they trash the dish – or it goes to the staff. So, it wouldn’t be served if it sat there. That’s why if you are there, it never seems to be your original server who brings you anything. First person to see it runs it out. Bad management.
