In Baja i learned a trick for eating tough old chickens—the papayas down there are huge—take one—cut it in half–put that tough old hen in one half ‘ top with the other and put it in a med hot oven for an hour and —tada!!! you would not believe how tender that bird becomes—not to mention sweet!!! You have to pick it up with a large spoon! Papaya!!! The meat tenderizer that tastes good!!!!
