A gafftop is a saltwater catfish not to be mistaken for a hardhead which is also a saltwater catfish that is nasty fishy tasting.. No one eats hardheads.. I could have deep fried the fish too..

I bake sometimes. More in the winter since it’s very hot here in the summer.. South Texas is Hot Hot Hot… I make a mean Rum Cake [:p]
