Most all of the above sound good to me…but serve them "dry" and salted then put the "goo" in a cup on the side and let me play with them while dipping. The Sheep dip at Moonlite..A vinegar based dipping sauce for Mutton works great with hot frys also. For you guys who like the Malt Vinegar, this sauce would be outstanding.
BTW, ditto all of the above with some big thick sliced Sweet fried Onion Rings !
