One of my personal favorites for my fries is a mixture of ketchup and yellow mustard. I get weird looks for that. (Though I get even weirder looks when I ask for sauerkraut on my cheeseburgers!)

There used to be a hamburger place in Austin by the name of 2-J’s . Their basic burger was meat and bun, pickle with a dollop of this orange sauce that was a mixture of ketchup and mustard. They’ve been out of business for about 15 years, but I can still taste that mixture! Never could duplicate it for some reason…
Thanks for the memory, now back to fries…
