When eating crabs here near the chesapeake bay we make a dip from crab spice, salt, and vinegar (these are usually on the table with small plastic dipping cups to mix it to your taste)and this is great for dipping fries too! My wife makes a pretty mean Salisbury steak W/brown gravy, fries on the side covered with the gravy is killer!
