That is so funny. I recently applied for a job at one restaraunt. While talking to the owner/chef, the head cook came out to look at my resume. I described some of the places I did work at.
I think he was trying to top me by saying that he worked at a very good chain hotel. In the back of my head was the same thought "What is your point?" Nobody would eat at this place if it wasn’t for the free breakfast. Not in NOLA. No-one eats at a hotel.
