but…..if you are in Johnson City, how can one skip Ridgewood? 🙂

I live in Knoxville but I have a townhome in Johnson City.  I have been to Ridgewood several times.  Ridgewood is famous but it is not my favorite BBQ.  It is sliced ham with sauce poured over it.  You can order sans sauce but to me does not have the same taste that I enjoy with fatty pork.  We all have different taste with BBQ and Ridgewood is always packed.
