If you go on the Cincinnati Yelp page for Freddy’s there is an extensive review and some pictures from a certain individual named T.J. (yes the one we know and love).  He gives it a pretty mediocre 3 star review but some of the pics look pretty good.  He seems to agree with your assessment that it is a Steak & Shake/Culver’s clone.
