I hadn’t seen that before. I have to thank you. I checked the chicken fried steak entry ad found a restaurant I’d completely forgotten about. A place I used to go to in Austin, Texas in 1953 and 1954 — Matt’s El Rancho. On my pay that was a great place to get terrific food.
