I’ve been to the Hatch Chile Festival and aside from buying some chiles, there ain’t much to see or do. We did the whole festival at the fairgrounds in less than 1/2 hr. The most interesting part of the trip was seeing and photographing the chiles laid out on the rooftops of the houses in the town and the gift shops.[:(]
