Have you tried the New Albany range and shop, or the Powder Room in Powell or Black Wing west of Delaware?

 
I go to the Powder Room alot. Vance’s needs to fix its service. I sent them an email and Tom Vance replied back. His response sounded like he gets that complaint alot. I doubt it did any good. But I will see this afternoon or tommorow. He should stand in a corner one day and watch customers give up and leave. If he loses two sales a day because of it at $450 each X 2 = $900 X 6 days a week thats $5400 X 52 weeks = $280,800 per year X 2 locations = $561,600.
