Local places, here in Massachusetts, offer the Utah permit, good in a bunch of states (not Mass), and there is some complaining that a Massachusetts resident could use it to beat out local laws. I wonder how many bad guys have taken the effort to get the Utah lifetime permit…………..and get their picture taken……and buy a legal gun for money………and carry a gun with a serial number. I don’t know, I just wonder. In the meantime, Utah is collecting voluntary fees from all over the country.
