Glenora has a very nice restaurant, typical American food – Breakfast, lunch and dinner – their wines are OK, but nothing special. Check about reservations.
Wagner has a pretty good soup and sandwich menu for lunch – the view from their deck is worth the trip. Wines are mediocre, but the beer is very good.
Heron Hill also has a very nice patio with views of Seneca and they offer an interesting sandwich and soup menu. Wines are a bit above average.
Bully Hill makes a good hamburger – the wines are pretty awful.
Red Newt has a very good restaurant, a bit pricey, and dinner only, I think reservations are required.
Castle Gritch serves German specialties on a shaded deck (havn’t been there in years, so I’m not up to date).
Try the Finger Lakes threads in the search function – there’s a whole lot mentioned there. Problem is there is no such thing as "local food" unless you want to count Grape Pie , and more than usual use of wines in their dishes in the better places.
