I’ve always wanted to do ethnic burritos. I was going to call it ETHNIX
Give them an open flour tortilla in a basket with choice of meats.
Then have different sauces like curry, sweat and sour, Customary Mexican salsas, goulash sauce which is dynomite on beef, etc.
Then a salsa type bar with the finishing touches.
This idea of mine predated the wrap craze by 10 years or more!
