Yep, that’s high. Problem is that Prime is not to be found anywhere around here, outside of best restaurants,and Choice is sold only at better butcher shops. Supermarkets are selling Select for the same price my butcher charges me for Choice in cuts other than Filet. They were very good but I think I’ll stick with Rib Eyes.
