Broasted is my favorite among fried chicken.

My brother is a stock broker in Minneapolis and he owned a restaurant north of the city. He made an expensive investment in a broaster system. I think it was around $20K. I use to order from the bar just the chicken thighs. They were wonderful and extremely hot and fresh.
