Cadbury Mini Eggs. Pure chocolate with a pastel sugar shell. You bite the shell open and suck the chocolate out. You can make them last a long time.

Red Swedish Fish

Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs

Any kind of coconut creme egg. Bonus points for dark chocolate.

And my favorie Easter treat is a toss up between pigus (ravioli dough filled with egg/cheese mixture, and baked) and Easter Cheese bread. You roll the dough out, sprinkle the cheese on, roll it up, and put into a loaf pan to bake. Swirly cheesy goodness.
