After mentioning this topic to my daughter, who lives in Minneapolis, she commented that everyone’s favorite hot sauce in Minnesota is Heinz Ketchup. We have noticed when we visit that things listed on menus as spicy really aren’t all that hot. We like to bring regional food home with us from places we travel to, such as condiments, but we’ve never found any hot sauces from the North Country. Does anyone know of any?
