I love my hot peppers! Scoop out the seeds, enjoy the fresh heat, but then regreting it the next morning in a painfull fashion… I might be a simple person here, but for sauce I love my Franks Red Hot… Ya, it has a strong vinegar base, but yet I find it very satisfying! I always keep a bottle of it with me! I have some Habenero based sauces at home, they have the heat, but not the blend / body I want in my cooking…
