Here is my newest use of hot sauce:

I put it on Caesar Salad!. It really adds an interesting contrast between the dressing and the sauce. I get some strange looks from the waiter or waitress when I ask for the bottle of Tabasco or whatever hot sauce they have. Give it a try!!
