My one request for my birthday is a carrot cake with cream cheese icing.

My mother makes one each year, it is heavy and moist, sweet with a hint of cinnamonomnmomn, and then that wonderful cream chesse icing.

She makes a 9×13 cake and I "graciously" share a piece to: wife, son & mother. THE REST IS MINE!!!!!
