Absolutely!

Also, everyone should be aware that unless your bagels are made with high gluten flour, and are boiled prior to baking, then they are not really bagels. I have, unfortunately, sampled some mighty poor bagels (including, of course, the junk that Dunkin’ Donuts sells), and I can tell you that, to an aficianado of the classic bagel, much of what is sold in the hinterlands is not really a bagel. Instead, most of what is sold outside of NYC and a few other fortunate locales is actually sort of a "Wonderbread" version of the real thing.

Don’t know if these are the same as you can get but they seem to be made the right way.
