If they’re fried they just get salt and freshly ground pepper.

If they’re scrambled they get milk, Tabasco, salt and pepper and sometimes some cheese.

Soft boiled? Just salt and pepper. Same for hard boiled unless they’re going to be made into egg salad or deviled eggs.
