I love mussels! Especially cooked in white wine! I eat them with my fingers or with one of the empty shells use as pinchers!

Gotta have a good loaf of crusty french, bread as another poster has said, for mopping up all that lovely juice. A nice glass of Chardonnay and what more could a person want!!
