Fresh garlic and olive oil,toss em around in a saute pan until soft,NOT BROWN,soft. Add a couple of fresh diced tomatoes and cup of white wine. Add the mussels,cook until they are all just open and heated through. Throw in a few leaves of fresh chopped basil,remove from heat and stir. Let sit a minute and serve with good crusty Italian bread.[:p] Use the shell with no meat to scoop the meat up outta the other shell,then dunk the shell with meat in the juice and slurp.[:p][:p][:p][:p][:p][}:)]
