raw oysters and raw clams- you betcha….but I have always wondered who was the brave person to eat them first….in a novel titled "Chesapeake" there is a story line about a whiteman who is found by some Native Americans and they introduce him to raw oysters- I’m guessing he looked at them and thought that they were NUTZ- cause it dose look pretty gross- but I love them anyway.
As for sushi- no, I do not eat bait.
And a big Hell Yes to raw beef- ground fresh at home- on pumpernickle bread with chopped onion and salt & pepper….my son loves it too…the daughter, not so much…she thinks we are both certifiable!
