The rest of the appetizers, were inspired by a recent visit by chef Martin Picard to Japan (a fact also reflected by the Cabane upgrading its toilets to fancy Japanese models, including a nearby translation of the English and Japanese instructions into French).

Shouldn’t this have been posted in the Plumbing forum?[;)]

 

I think “insane” is an apt description of your experience, Kas.  I really can’t think of a more appropriate adjective.

 

But I would like to know more about those Japanese toilets…
