It’s fun to watch people go after the chain restaurants here. I would say that the majority of the fast-food chains that I’ve been to are relatively cleaner than a sampling of independently owned local joints. in the area of Chicago where I work, I’d be much more comfortable eating at a chain place than some of the low quality independents that are in the area.
