depends on the day of the week. I’ve only been to the Syracuse location, and rarely have to wait more than 30 mins when it’s busy. Obviously, hitting the Dino before or after the regular lunch rush would be best.
On the way back, hit Heids of Liverpool (famous for their Hofmann franks and coneys – however, they also serve up local favorite Gianelli Sausage – which is excellent stuff). Heids was recently reviewed on roadfood by BillyBob.
