Short ribs – a favorite cut for me. SAM’S CLUB usually has them for around $3.00/lb.
I also like them braised slowly in the oven; there is a recipe with coffee, ancho chiles and habaneros that is killer.
I also find they get better the second day (and the third, if they make it that long).
