If you end up catching I-25 down from Cheyenne to Albuquerque and you’re looking for a unique take on burgers, be sure to hit Red Top in Colorado Springs. Not only will it give you an excuse to stop in Colorado Springs (beautiful – at least drive through Garden of the Gods), they have darn good & unique burgers – they’re huge (width, not height-wise).
