I really like the scenery on I-70, but would never recommend it for a winter ride to Las Vegas!

East to West I-44 and I-40

Rolla MO, Johnny’s Smokestack BBQ- 201 W Hiway 72 Rolla,MO Phone 314-364-4838- not far off I-44 at about the 186 exit.
At the MO-OK state line- Bubba’s BBQ on US 69, use the Miami OK exit before entering the toll road

Tulsa and OK City- Use the search on this site, we have a number of places recommended.

Amarillo TX– Big Texan Steak Ranch- Home of the Free 72 oz Steak eating contest- on the I-40 frontage road right beside the interstate
also
Dyer’s BBQ a little further West.

Use the search for NM and AZ as my brain is locked at the Big Texan !![|)] More to be added
