Wanderingjew, that web site for the Fort is: Thefort.com. They are open only for dinner every night of the week. While I am at it, let me throw out another one of my fave Denver steak places. Bastien’s Restaurant. 3501 East Colfax, down the street a bit from the state capital building, and just a hop, skip and a jump from the Molly Brown house(Titanic survivor).Web site is:Bastiensrestaurant.com . 303/322-8363. Been family owned in Denver since 1937. Once known as Bastien’s Rotunda, it is located in a round building. The dining area is open, with tables on various levels. Be prepared to take a retro trip back. Very neat atmosphere. Their signature dish is a 16 oz. New York sugar steak, currenly going for $22.95. The sugar does not infuse itself as far as flavor is concerned. What it does is capture the juices in the steak and cause it to be one of the best tasting steaks around. Recently took out of town guests there who said it was one of the best steaks they ever had, and they just loved the atmosphere.
