As i am finding out now ANY dark colored soft drink (diet or reg) is a BIG NO. Too high in Phosphorus which is a BIG no no for Kidney Disease. (Clear, Root Beer and orange or red soda is ok)

I have drank diet soft drinks since 1989, and even liked TAB (still like TAB too) every year there is an article like this one and the horrible issues that diet sodas can cause.

Reminds me when I was a kid and dad worked for General Foods.  One time they announced that saccharin was deadly, he had to go to EVERY grocery store convienence store and the like and buy out the GF stock of everything that had saccharin, pudding, jello etc, cost them millions of dollars (back in early 70’s), 6 months later a different study showed that it “wasnt deadly” like the first articlwe claimed.  40 years later there are still articles claiming “The Sky Is Falling!”
