I have made major advances in cutting back on my soda drinking and replacing it with flavored water (mixed from powder here at home). I guess you would call it a modern Kool-aid, zero caffeine and zero calories. Comes in dozens of flavors usually 5 envelopes to a pkg. for about $1.50-$1,75 per pkg.  Each envelope makes i/2 gallon.

Considering that I was drinking more than a six-pac of cokes a day, this is a good move. I’ve had a couple in the past week, but never more than one a day.  This powdered stuff is “diet”, but it can’t be doing the damage the cokes were.
