Well you got to see some nice scenery and a few deer….(even a photogenic one!) (once you got out of that bagel shop)
You certainly got to witness a ton of bagels on the assembly line.. looks like they really make the most of their space, as it does’nt look that big on the outside, but there’s a whole lot going on inside! They must have huge a wholesale and retail trade, as those tubs were HUGE; stocked with rolls, etc..

I’ll have some of those egg twist rolls, plus the challah bread, and a loaf of corn rye bread!
(on the Austin Roadfood.com bus, "Barry" was telling us how he just can’t seem to find enough places that make the corn rye bread, double baked (like Langers does in L.A.)
