If they serve it, try a Cuban roasted pork sandwich. I live down in St. Petersburg, FL and really enjoy Cuban food. In fact, I think I enjoy a roasted pork sandwich better than a cuban. The roasted pork is the same pork they serve at dinner that has been cooked in a sour orange mojo.
