The talk about "fair food" made me think about this thread. Maybe it sould not be in the pro section but at the time I thought some new ideas for or by the food pros here might be helpfull. I still do.

The "State Fare" name idea was great for a place that sold "fair type" foods. I wish there was one in my neighborhood! And… that it sold a green chile corn dog.

Anyone else have any more creative new ideas… or something to say about the earlier ones mentioned in this thread???
