fascinating idea! i dream of stuff like this too. i think there is a similar worldly thing at disney…without the melting pot twist, and not as wide an assortment. basically just different foods from different lands all in one corner area.
i had this dream of a do-it-yourself cannery, and i passed it along to a friend who told me there is such a place in teh next town over….or used to be.i figured with all the growers in the region, folks could bring their fruits and veggies and have them jarred up, or let us do it for a price.
